If you smell gas
Do not use the app or wait for a callback. Call the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999 straight away. It is free and open 24 hours.
Using the PlusHeat Engineer app
If something in the app is not working, email us and include:
- The job reference, if the problem is on a specific job.
- What you tapped, and what happened instead.
- Your phone model and iOS or Android version.
You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account inside the app.
